About This Event

This webinar will provide an overview of the newly developed Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs) across Nebraska. 

In this session, you will: 

  • Learn about the federal requirements and state requirement for CCBHCs

  • Detail how CCBHCs came to be in Nebraska and their ongoing development across the state

  • Hear about the various locations and how to get individuals and families connected

Rachel Meier is a Lincoln Nebraska native, and she obtained her Nebraska mental health practitioner license in 2012, her independent license in 2015, and a mental health counseling license in Kansas in 2021. She has been working in the field for over 15 years and has spent most of her time working in residential and private practice settings. During her time working for DBH, she has focused on expanding and enhancing clinical services across Nebraska and advocating for the destigmatization of mental health and substance use issues.
