Reflective Practice FAN Training

Reflective Practice FAN Training

The Nebraska Center on Reflective Practice (NCRP) provides an in-depth training program for individuals and organizations who want to infuse reflective practice into their work.

Get trained to use reflective practice in your work!

The Reflective Practice FAN Training program will prepare and support you during all stages of the process of implementing reflective practice – from pre-training reflective consultation, in-depth training, post training mentoring and consultation, to program evaluation. NCRP utilizes the Facilitating Attuned Interactions (FAN) model developed by the Erikson Institute.
