NCRP FAN Mentor Professional Development 2025

As a FAN Mentor, we ask that you participate in the following per calendar year: 

  • Every other month FAN consultation calls as scheduled
  • One CoP FAN Refresher (March 26 or November 5)
  • One CE-CERT Principles for FAN Facilitation (June 18 or December 2)
  • One Lessons Learned (February 11 or August 26)
  • Optional: Learning Hub Review (April 29 or October 29)

Please note: by completing all trainings/activities listed above, you have completed both FAN mentor AND FAN consultant requirements.
